Under general direction, is responsible for coordination of Voice Systems using multiple tools including , Avaya AIM (Avaya Integrated Management). Avaya PBX troubleshooting, advanced vectoring, and Call Center experience necessary. This position will responsible for management of all configurations on PBX devices via NMS tools.
