Provides phone support - answering phone calls, taking urgent, important messages, transferring calls, and providing appropriate information in a courteous, professional manner.
Responds to employees, visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional, friendly manner - Serves as a first point of contact for outside parties coming into the plant
Serves as a security resource for the plant - understands procedures and assists others at the time of an emergency
Schedules meetings as directed in the plant - arranging space and arrangements, as needed
Assists with plant events: banquets, parties, appreciation lunches, etc.
Orders and maintains office supplies and/or equipment.
Handles forms, requisitions, and invoices as directed
Organizes daily, weekly, and monthly reports and distributes as requested
Assists with preparing and updating catalogs, manuals, and related documentation
Organizes and maintains electronic and written records, logs and other written records
Completes administrative duties such as filing, typing, sorting mail, answering correspondence.
