$9-$10 per hour
ADP experience preferred
Manage payroll processing; maintain personal, medical, payroll, and I-9 files.
Manage insurance programs; manage benefit programs; manage 401K retirement programs.
Manage Worker's Compensation claims, COBRA, FMLA and other benefit programs.
Handle employee questions and issues relating to payroll and benefit programs.
Place ads and postings for job openings.Conduct 1st interviews and schedule 2nd interviews.
Distribute performance appraisals.Handle recognition programs.
Participate on Safety and Employee Committee.
Travel between 2 plants on regular basis.
Other duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor or Management.
