Set up, Start up and change over production jobs consistent with process and control capabilities and quoted standards. Use proper process procedure documentation and databases for performing routine set up functions and troubleshooting work. Evaluate molding processes in order to update techniques and improve quality, safety and productivity efficiencies. Work with production group to meet production demands. Provides leadership to operators on the production line. Facilitate daily team meetings. Schedule and assign daily duties to the operators. Maintain safety and house keeping objectives for their line. Perform dimensional and cosmetic quality checks at start up to verify parts meet internal and external customer expectations.
