WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
The responsibility of this position is to provide world class customer service to our agents, brokers and policy holders.
Job duties include reviewing paperwork to ensure state replacement regulations are being followed, sending paperwork to other companies regarding replacements or exchanges, communicating with the field via email/fax/phone, documenting our files and processing systems, processing additional paperwork received with the replacement or exchange, following up with other companies and processing incoming 1035 checks, along with other miscellaneous processing as needed.
Must be able to work shifts between the hours of 7:30 and 5:30 with the availability for overtime.
Qualifications - WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience preferred
1 to 2 years of general office experience preferred
Attention to detail.
Be self motivated.
Be a team player.
Be customer focused.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a High School diploma or equivalent, and advanced computer and keyboarding skills are also desired.
LOMA I,II and ACS designation are a plus!
