Medical Coder - Baldwin, WI

Overall Responsibility:Supervise screening staff in the Set-up and operation of screen printing machine. Also supervise Utility and Assembly area.

Key tasks and responsibilities: -Make sure all staff training is completed; screen printing operators must be able to: A) Set up and operate screen printing machines. B) Perform inspection of close tolerance registration. C) Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) measurements on all printed inks. D) Careful handling of sheet materials. E) Preparation of inks and other printable liquids. F) Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Manufacturing Procedures (MP's). G) Knowledge of drop micrometer and ohmmeter helpful but not required, will train. -Work closely with production supervisor and all other department supervisors to ensure all materials will be available for production.

Please note…Safety equipment and clothing is provided.

***On occasion you may be asked to do other tasks on production floor. You will report to the supervisor of the department you have been asked to work in as well as your regular supervisor.***

The Support Service Director is responsible for the supervision of accounting and management of the Hastings, MN Regional Office.
