Human Resources and Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
BAMC is seeking an individual who can multi-task in the areas of Human Resources and Marketing/Public Relations. Duties to include, but are not limited to: employment recruiting and staffing, orientation, administration of Family Medical Leave, pay and benefits surveys, exit interviews, photo ID's, administration of the BAMC website, coordination of public events and fund raising, and other special projects as required. Position will be supporting two key departments on a 50/50 basis, therefore the individual must be highly organized, detailed-oriented and flexible. Prioritization of tasks, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing are critical components to this position.
