Engineering positions - Somerset, WI

OPERATIONS ENGINEER: Provide support and continuous improvement for production operations; spearhead production problem resolution; evaluate process, tool and method for issues and opportunities, drive repairs and communicate the resolution to the team. Research/evaluate equipment and design and implement facility layout. Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, (injection molding, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, etc), molds and tooling processes, quality process and measurement methods, automation and equipment exposure and problem solving experience, strong communication (verbal and written), computer and organizational skills are required.

PROJECT ENGINEER: We are seeking an experienced and an entry level Project Engineer who will be involved from project conception, equipment specifications, quotations, through full scope of project management until production. BSME or equivalent and experience with plastics preferred.

QUALITY ENGINEER: Must have working knowledge of DOE’s, Product Validations (IQ, QQ and PQ experience). Strong statistics background and knowledge desired. Expert knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T. Experience with dimensional metrology and past experience inspecting component using different types of measurement equipment. CMM programming preferred. Must possess problem solving tools related to root cause analysis and CAPA writing. Ability to establish and document critical component criteria and supporting process control information. College degree in Quality related field or 3 years minimum Quality Engineering experience required.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER: Will provide technical support to production by analysis and implementation of optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specification and quality standards. Will recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls. Manage projects from concept through manufacturing launch for new or revised projects. Must have experience in a production environment, Degree preferred.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER: Involved from project conception, equipment specifications, quotations, through the full scope of project management until proven production ready. This positions main focus and responsibility lies in design of manufacturing cells, End of Arm design for robotics, integration of robotics and work cells and design of automation. This position also is responsible for continuous improvement and robotics and cell support while in manufacturing.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC: Perform preventative maintenance duties, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in our modern facility. Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical skills required. Must have good driving record and be a self starter. Plastics experience preferred.



CYCLE AND SET UP TECHNICIAN: Experience with injection molding machines to include establishing cycle times, tonnages, temperatures, knowledge of engineering grade resins and production troubleshooting.

FOCUS/OBJECTIVE:
