Position Overview

The Resort Manager will be responsible for ensuring all relationships with our guests, owners, vendors and board members are maintained positively and professionally at all times. The manager will be responsible for the profit and loss of the resort and assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and financial management. The manager will develop and execute on resort operations while maintaining the integrity of Northernaire Resort (NR) standards.

The resort manager must work with little supervision and have the ability to work best under pressure while being held accountable for goals achieved. The manager must be able to work flexible hours which will include evenings and weekends and will fill in when needed. The resort manager must be very energetic, outgoing, tenacious, goal oriented and a natural leader.The primary function of the Resort Manager is to coordinate the efforts of resort staff to achieve and improve sales and occupancy levels. This will involve supervising, coaching, and training sales staff as well as personally meeting with large prospective customers for lodging, meetings and events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of thee years of experience performing duties such as requirements elicitation and documentation, analysis of business and user needs, process and data analysis, functional specifications.
  • Ability to work under minimal direction and work on multiple, complex projects concurrently.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in transportation systems.
  • Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations with clarity in written and graphic form.


Additional skills desired but not required:

  • Experience in implementing transportation technologies – TMS, private fleet management or mobile technologies.
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for common transportation transactions.
  • Experience as a supply chain professional with a background in transportation.
  • Experience with JDA TMS (formerly i2 TMS)
  • Experience with Peoplenet or similar on-board tools.
  • Experience with Appian Logistics software or similair private fleet management tools.
  • Knowledge of databases, writing scripts in SQL

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform duties of backup Archivist.
  • Perform audits of protocols, in-life critical phases, raw data, and final reports to assure accuracy and compliance with GLP Regulations and SOPs.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance projects.

  • Assist with hosting sponsor and agency audits.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Associates Degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year, full-time preclinical QA experience. A minimum of one year, pre-clinical medical device QA experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of the FDA GLP Regulations. Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Certification/Licensure: RQAP/GLP desired.
