You would be making and handling client service requests remotely (with the help of our powerful remote support platform and industry leading ticketing application) from start to finish through the use of your impressive problem solving attitude, technical acquaintance and top-notch client interaction abilities and capacity to help with network administration support requests when required.

Job Highlights:
- Supporting customer infrastructure including networks, workstations and networks remotely using our support application
- Working on emailed and phone service requests by creating, completing and following up with the help of our powerful ticketing system
- Properly prioritizing service requests and setting reasonable expectations for customers

Requirements:
- 6-12+ months providing level 2 or higher technical helpdesk support
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP networks LAN, WAN, Firewall, VPN
