IS Network Services Job - River Falls, WI

Location: This position is located in the Division of Information Technology Services at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Salary: Starting salary is between $53,793 to $88,758 per year, depending on qualifications, plus excellent benefits. A six-month probationary period is required. The pay schedule/range is 07-02. This position is not represented by a bargaining unit.

Job Duties: This position is a member of the Infrastructure & Security Technologies department within Division of Technology Services. The position functions independently to oversee the daily operations and long term planning of reliable, high-performance, secure, and scalable network services to the UW-River Falls campus faculty, staff, and students. Position works closely with the Customer Technology Services (CTS) for operations and desktop support, as well as Information System Services (ISS) for applications development staff members and Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) for new advances in teaching technologies. This position will work daily with the Network System Architect and will report to the Infrastructure & Security Technologies Manager. The person filling this position will occasionally be needed to work early morning, evening and weekend hours based on tasks required on site.
