Receptionist/Administrator - Hudson, WI

Description

Job Summary:
Attend to visitors as well as answer and direct calls received through the main company phone number.
General Duties:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to caller
Greet persons entering organization and direct to correct destination
General administrative and clerical support
Light data entering of AP, AR and Invoicing and delivery of invoices as needed
Prepare letters and documents as requested
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Schedule and assist in Travel arrangements for others in the company
Tidy and maintain the reception area

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Great customer service skills, principles and practices; customer service orientated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional personal presentation
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
