The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for invoicing, answering customer questions and handling all issues in a timely, organized and professional fashion.
Respond efficiently and accurately to all customer inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate customer needs with other departments throughout the Company, primarily shop and purchasing.
Quote and invoice work orders in a timely manner.
Audit work order parts and labor, ensuring they match the quotes or customer contract.
Enter all communications and ensure component task status is correct in Company database.
Review daily work orders that need to be completed to customer.
Coordinate estimated completion dates for customer service orders, tracking response time through average time to resolve problems or answer questions.
Communicate new sales opportunities to the projects and/or sales team.
Provide customer with accurate technical information through in-depth product knowledge.
Recommend improvements to department processes and procedures that will increase customer satisfaction and save time and/or reduce costs.
Cover reception desk as scheduled or needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business Administration or Communication or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Excellent computer skills, including experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
