Healthcare Project Manager - NW Wisconsin - Ashland, WI

The Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board Inc. (NWWIB) is a regional body charged with oversight of the eight Wisconsin Job Centers and the employment and training programs that comprise the workforce development system in 10 counties of Northwest Wisconsin.

NWWIB has an opening for an HealthCARE Project Manager. This position will support the work of teams organized around the CARE initiative. The CARE initiative is a 4 year special project being managed by the Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board, Inc. The HealthCARE Project Manager is a 48 month appointment. The purpose of the position is to provide coordination of CARE grant activities across the grant region. The HealthCARE Project Manager will be responsible for program coordination, development of program policies, procedures, and overall implementation.

Application Support Analyst - Osceola, Wisconsin

Role: Application Support Analyst

Location: Osceola, WI

In this role you will be responsible for providing production support and maintenance for existing applications and other information systems. In addition, you will be developing new production systems to support existing and new corporate initiative. Also, you will collaborate with other IT staff on hardware, software, and network improvements. Lastly, providing end user support as needed.


Requirements
Job Requirements:
•Provide maintenance, support, development and training for Axiom MX Open ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
•Application support and maintenance for other corporate applications.
•Provide development and support for a MS SQL infrastructure.
•Ability to manage multiple technology relate projects as required.
•Ability to handle a diverse range of hardware and application support issues.
•Collaborate with other IT Administrators to provide 24x7 phone support.
•Team with existing IT personnel to address all corporate IT needs.



Education:

•High School diploma required.
•Post secondary degree in relevant field of work highly preferred.
•Degree in IT highly preferred



Experience:

•5+ years experience in a MS Windows based corporate IT environment.
•3+ years experience with development in Progress 4GL, MS SQL stored procedures, MS Visual Basic or similar tool.
•3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience supporting and maintaining CAD applications (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) a plus.
•Systems integration experience.
•Project management experience.
•Experience with AXIOM MX Open ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
•Micrsoft .NET and Sharepoint experience a plus.
•SOA, SDLC or other structured software development experience a plus.



Working Conditions:

•Office environment at a manufacturing facility.
•Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Regional Tourism Specialist - NW Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Department of Tourism is looking for a Regional Tourism Specialist to work with the Wisconsin Tourism industry in Northwest Wisconsin. Do you have the passion for bringing partners together to develop strategic marketing plans, educate tourism industry partners on the Power of Tourism as an investment that increases visitation, drives tax revenue and creates new jobs in Wisconsin? Would you enjoy calling on businesses and organizations and helping them apply travel research and insights? Then this may be the job for you.

Perform highly responsible professional work involving a wide variety of activities designed to drive economic development and promote tourism in Wisconsin. Educate the industry on Department of Tourism programs, brand strategy, research, customer service principles and destination development. Provide marketing assistance and strategic planning advice to associations, tourism businesses, Chambers of Commerce, Convention and Visitor Bureaus and other economic, community and tourism development leaders in Northwest Wisconsin. Assist local, county and community officials as well as statewide organizations to develop and promote tourism sites, destinations, attractions and events. Be in frequent contact with the Secretary and the Department on issues concerning tourism development and promotion and interact with other state agencies with similar goals. This position will also be the Department liaison for the Circle Wisconsin and the Motorcoach market segment.
